Description
Location: TBS 6 Warehouse, TBS Logistics, Di An, Binh Duong (No shuttle bus service) Responsibilities: Daily operation: • Follow up plan and coordinate to related department to utilize resources to finish all operation plan. • Monitor daily operation for inbound, outbound, inventory, productivity to meet all operation KPI that customers require, and company and department target. • Monitor, instruct / training for employees in daily operation to be comply with SOP / working instruction, job standard. • Report, monitor and resolve issue on physical operation and system. Project developing • Joining new project to set up operation process, standardize procedure, work instruction for operation. • Propose and deploy improvement theme to improve operation efficiency. • Review and propose solution to improve non confirmative issue. Manpower managing • Update training content, provide initial training, and periodical training for operator of inbound, outbound operation. • Mornitor DC staff ‘s operation to be comply with work instruction, job standard. • Update work instruction and working process to match new requirement from customer, or changing in company operation. Vendor Managing • Manage vendor to ensure smooth daily operation • Manage vendor to follow the SOP and Work Instruction, job standard. End results • Meet customer KPI and Department KPI • Meet business target Accountabilities: • Accountabilities as assigned Job Requirements Education: • Bachelor Professional Qualification/Certification: • Preferrably with Professional Certication in Warehouse or logistics Experience: • Preferable to have 1 - 2 years of experience in distribution center operations with ability to manage sizable. • Team management of operators/document staff • Preferrably for being familiar to WMS is a must, OMS/TMS is preferable • Knowledge in inventory control and analysis is and advantage • Good in Microsoft office (Word/Excel/Power point) • Good Chinese communication skills equilavent HSK 3 or above (Good as written, Communication is preferable) • Basic English communication skills (Reading ,Written) • Flexible, team work oriented and able to communicate with people at all levels * Prefer candidate live near the WH Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
