Description
We are seeking a Senior Imports Coordinator to join our Imports team. Where Moschato, Attica, Greece What You’ll Do Management of import shipments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery while optimizing cost and lead time. Daily communication with suppliers, shipping companies, and freight forwarders. Handling payments and coordinating with suppliers and banks. Monitoring and controlling purchase orders in collaboration with the Buying Department. Cross-departmental collaboration to ensure compliance with international procedures and effective supply chain risk management. Report Analysis. Taking initiative and contributing improvement proposals to enhance processes, efficiency, and productivity across import operations. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in economics, shipping, logistics, or a related field. Excellent command of the English language. Strong computer literacy (MS Office –especially Excel, ERP systems will be a plus). Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
