We are now looking for a skilled professional to work alongside our Head of Culture and Inclusion for UK&I and Nordics to build on the great progress we have made over the last four years and supercharge our Inclusion and Diversity strategy. We are looking for someone who has a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical, real-world delivery of I&D initiatives.
This role also includes ownership of the Group-wide Colleague Listening Strategy (UK&I and Nordics). We believe the better we listen, the better we become. We are proud of the fact that we are in the top 3% globally for engaged colleagues, and our listening strategy is at the heart of how we surface and act on the insights that allow us to become a better business
