• Develop, maintain, and enhance index reconstitution, weighting, and calculation models
• Oversee the control and validation framework for index and market data
• Build dashboards and models to ensure data quality and integrity
• Review and validate new index products and calculation methodologies
• Contribute to requirements gathering and test planning for new systems
• Manage benchmark indices, including methodology reviews and pricing algorithm analysis
• Present recommendations to internal committees on product or methodology changes
• Monitor data/system alerts and lead remediation efforts
• Provide insights on indices and lead client calls when required
• Document processes, write runbooks, and support wider operations
