The Opportunity In this role you will support Contingent Workforce Procurement Administer contractor onboarding processes including compliance, rate validation, review, SOW/Contract creation and contract management. Ensure adherence to local labour regulations and internal governance requirements Support sourcing and management of contingent workforce suppliers (umbrella companies – AOR and EOR, independent contractors and Vendor Contractors) Assist in rate benchmarking, cost control, and utilisation tracking across regions Maintain preferred supplier panels and support vendor performance reviews Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Operations Execute end-to-end P2P activities including: Act as a key point of contact for procurement queries from internal stakeholders Drive compliance with procurement policies and approval workflows Identify and resolve process inefficiencies within P2P cycle Systems & Data Management Act as a super-user for procurement systems (e.g. ERP- Oracle, P2P platforms, if applicable) Maintain accurate WIP, supplier and contract data in systems Generate procurement reports (contractor numbers, spend, supplier performance, compliance) to: Analyse spend data Track contractor costs and trends Support budgeting and forecasting Support system enhancements, testing, and process improvements Supplier & Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (HR, AP, Finance, Project Teams) Liaise with suppliers to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery Support contract management activities including renewals and amendments Assist in onboarding new suppliers in line with governance protocols Process Improvement & Governance Support the development and rollout of procurement policies, procedures, and templates Drive standardisation of contingent workforce processes across regions Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements Ensure audit readiness and compliance with internal controls We would love to hear from you if you: Essential 3–5 years’ experience in procurement, purchasing, or P2P operations Strong experience in contingent workforce procurement or services-based procurement Hands-on experience with P2P systems / ERP platforms - ORACLE Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, VBA, Macros) Strong understanding of procurement processes and controls High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Desirable Exposure to Vendor Management Systems (VMS) or contractor management tools Knowledge of multi-country procurement operations Understanding of contractor compliance and labour regulations Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Process-driven with a focus on continuous improvement Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving global environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills High level of accountability and ownership What Success Looks Like Efficient and compliant P2P operations established Improved visibility and control of contingent workforce spend Strong supplier base with measurable performance outcomes High stakeholder satisfaction with procurement support About us Linesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
