As our Senior Indirect Tax Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end the ASICS EMEA VAT compliance function and its transformation to automation, including third-party co-source, as well as partnering with existing IT, Finance and other business teams in the areas of International VAT, matters.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file indirect tax returns (to be done in-house) on time and accurately, adhering to all deadlines and under local regulations.
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance with up-to-date requirements.
  • Comply with tax authorities and support the team with data reconciliation, simplification, and understanding across different data sources.
  • Work proactively to improve internal controls, ensuring processes are robust and compliant.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure tax compliance across all business areas
