ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an exceptional and experienced individual to support project delivery and growth with our ON operations. Key duties include applying your technical expertise to identify and deliver resource conservation studies and solutions; predominantly in industrial, food & beverage, process and manufacturing sectors. In addition, you will be passionate about new customer acquisition and building upon existing relationships.

KEY ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS

We welcome applications from candidates meeting the following criteria:

  • You have significant industrial energy management and resource conservation experience, along with expert knowledge related to industrial site services and processes.
  • You thrive in a customer-facing role and a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • You have a proven track record of winning new business and developing existing relationships.
  • You can manage multiple projects simultaneously and always strive to exceed client expectations.
  • It is essential to have excellent planning and organizational skills, along with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to various audiences in presentations and reports.
  • With a Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering degree, you will hold Professional Engineer, Certified Energy Manager and/or Certified Monitoring & Verification Professional designations.
  • Experience with Energy Management Information Systems is advantageous.
  • Experience implementing Lean and Six Sigma is beneficial.
