Job Title: Senior Industrial Engineer Location: Trenton, South Carolina, United States (Onsite) Salary: USD $85,000 – $1,00,000 / yr+ Variable Incentive Program Relocation: Available (Nationwide) About the Role We are seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to lead process improvement and optimization initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role involves working independently on projects of moderate to high complexity while driving efficiency, cost reduction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead industrial engineering projects with minimal supervision across production and operations Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, facility layouts, and workforce utilization Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives Conduct studies related to: Cost and inventory control Production efficiency Human factors and ergonomics Develop and implement plans for facility modifications and process improvements Support plant and facilities engineering teams in layout planning and design Coach and review the work of junior team members Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and alignment Perform additional duties as required Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience, OR PhD with no prior experience, OR Equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing environment Preferred Skills Experience in manufacturing process optimization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of production systems, facility planning, and automation Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
