Your Mission As the megaphone of Dive, you make sure that engineers, from techincal experts to R&D leaders, have a positive association with Dive. You build and coordinate the stage that helps our industry experts connect with customers to help them learn about the latest technological advances in computer-aided engineering (CAE). Your Responsibilities Own Dive’s content, publication, event, and PR calendar Coordinate publications, customer stories, press releases, and speaking opportunities Manage relationships with media contacts, editors, conference organizers, industry networks, agencies, and freelancers Coordinate customer stories with GTM teams, leadership, and technical experts Keep deadlines, approvals, confidentiality checks, budgets, and external partners on track Support light messaging such as LinkedIn posts, event announcements, and press-release coordination Your Qualifications Several years of experience in B2B communications, PR, and industry marketing Former activities in deep tech, engineering software, manufacturing, or industrial B2B Strong hands-on execution style and project-management skills Experience coordinating senior stakeholders, media contacts, agencies, or event organizers Experience with customer stories, media placements, conference submissions, or joint publications Outstanding persuasive communication skills in English German language skills are a plus We know that great candidates don't always meet every requirement.
