We are currently looking for an Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to support our influencer marketing efforts and drive our growth in the German market. We’re open to candidates with strong experience at different seniority levels (from experienced Influencer Marketing Managers ready to take the next challenge, to seasoned Senior Managers with a proven track record in achieving performance goals).

Responsibilities
  • Research, identify, and onboard new influencers to collaborate with Yepoda.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with 50+ influencers per month, ensuring continuous collaboration and high-sales results.
  • Act as the key point of contact between our brand, influencers, and their agencies, providing clear briefings aligned with our expectations.
  • Execute and optimise our Influencer Marketing strategy to achieve revenue growth targets and boost brand visibility.
  • Lead negotiations on performance metrics, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Analyse influencer marketing campaigns, continuously track KPIs, and generate insights for future collaborations.
  • Take ownership of essential operational tasks to ensure smooth execution and operational excellence throughout the entire influencer collaboration process.
