We’re looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager who will own and scale our influencer marketing strategy across Marley Spoon and Dinnerly, driving real impact on customer acquisition and brand growth. You won’t just manage campaigns - you’ll shape the future of how we show up across creator platforms, building a high-performing, data-led influencer engine that delivers measurable results. The Opportunity Drive the end-to-end influencer marketing strategy, aligning with broader business goals and acquisition targets Plan and execute quarterly campaigns, incorporating a strong test-and-learn approach to optimise talent, platforms, and content Build and manage a diverse network of creators and long-term partnerships to deliver consistent, high-performing campaigns Own channel planning, including budget allocation, resource management, and agency oversight Lead talent identification, negotiations, and partnerships to maximise impact and cost efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Content, and Performance teams to deliver integrated, conversion-led campaigns Oversee campaign measurement, reporting, and optimisation, using insights to continuously improve performance Own end-to-end CGC (Creator Generated Content) campaigns, from defining quarterly needs to creator sourcing, briefing, and optimising high-performing creative, for assets to be used across our Paid Social channels Champion new trends, platforms, and creator opportunities to keep Marley Spoon at the forefront of influencer marketing What we’re looking for: You’ll thrive in this role if you’re someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong data driven mindset and a passion for the creator space. You enjoy turning insights into action, building relationships, and driving measurable results. You’ll bring: 5+ years’ experience in influencer marketing with a proven track record of delivering high-performing campaigns Strong experience developing and executing end-to-end influencer strategies focused on acquisition and ROI Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and the creator landscape Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills across talent, agencies, and internal teams Strong analytical skills, with experience using data and insights to optimise campaign performance Bonus points if you have: Experience working across subscription models, Proven track record in driving CPA and acquisition targets, through conversion-led campaigns Experience managing influencer marketing agencies Familiarity with influencer platforms and tools for outreach and campaign tracking What’s in it for you At Marley Spoon, we believe work should fuel your growth, not drain it.
