Position Summary We’re seeking a full-time Senior Influencer Partnerships Lead (TikTok Shop, Hair Category) (official title: Marketing Supervisor) for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. In this role, you will drive growth for the rapidly expanding SHEGLAM Hair category on TikTok Shop by recruiting and managing hair influencers, building strategic partnerships, and scaling GMV. Job Responsibilities Actively recruit influencers to drive GMV for SHEGLAM Hair's TikTok Shop Identify, build, and nurture relationships with key influencers Plan and execute affiliate influencer campaigns, including outreach, content coordination, contract negotiation, and budget management Track and analyze performance data and optimize strategies based on results Collaborate with internal teams and creators to co-develop high-performing content tailored for TikTok Shop Plan and execute influencer events to strengthen relationships and increase brand awareness Maintain an up-to-date influencer database with accurate partnership records Job Requirements 2+ years of TikTok Shop affiliate/influencer marketing experience (brand or agency) Associate's degree or above, or equivalent experience Existing connections with TikTok Shop influencers preferred. Strong understanding of TikTok Shop’s influencer and affiliate ecosystem. Data-driven, with the ability to link performance metrics to strategy. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
