We are currently seeking a Senior Information Architect and Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital strategies, ensuring the seamless delivery of projects, and enhancing the customer experience within the insurance sector.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).EXPERIENCE:
  • Proven experience (7+ years) as an Information Architect, Business Analyst, or similar role in the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.TECHNICAL SKILLS:
  • Expertise in creating and managing data models, taxonomies, and metadata schemas.
  • Advanced skills in business analysis tools such as BPMN, UML, or related frameworks.SOFT SKILLS:
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business objectives and translate them into actionable technical and design requirements.
  • Lead the development of information architecture frameworks that align with industry best practices and optimize data flow for insurance applications.
  • Conduct in-depth business analysis to evaluate current processes and recommend innovative, value-driven improvements.
  • Design and document workflows, process maps, and use cases to ensure clarity and alignment among all teams.
  • Partner with development and UX/UI teams to create intuitive, scalable, and user-focused solutions.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to extract insights that guide decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations and standards in all solutions designed and delivered.
