Description

Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM) and the direct supervision of the Senior Programme Coordinator, the Senior Information Management Associate will support the development and coordination of mission-wide Information Management (IM) governance frameworks, systems, and standards. The incumbent will serve as a senior technical focal point for IM across the mission, supporting alignment between institutional policies, programme needs, and donor requirements. The role will support the integration, standardization and secure management of data systems across IOM Poland, while providing technical inputs to senior management and programme teams on IM strategy, system architecture and operational optimization, under the guidance of the Senior Programme Coordinator. The incumbent will also support operational IM delivery in selected programme areas, providing technical guidance and oversight to promote coherence between mission-level IM frameworks and programme-level implementation.

Responsibilities

The role involves developing and coordinating mission-wide Information Management governance frameworks, systems, and standards for IOM Poland. The incumbent will provide technical guidance on system architecture and ensure alignment between institutional policies and programme needs.
