YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, AESCSF, NIST, Essential 8, and CIS Controls
  • Proven experience in security compliance, audit, and infrastructure architecture
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cyber Security, or related field
  • Desirable: CISA or CISSP certification

    This role is best suited to a proactive individual with experience in complex, deadline-driven environments and a passion for cybersecurity excellence.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join Alinta Energy’s Security Governance Team as a Senior Information Security Analyst. You’ll lead key initiatives to strengthen our cybersecurity posture, drive compliance with regulatory frameworks, and mentor junior analysts—all while supporting our strategic transformation in the energy sector.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Leading the development and review of cybersecurity governance reports
  • Overseeing compliance with FIRB, APP, and other regulatory frameworks
  • Managing and improving technical baseline controls and the Information Asset Catalogue
  • Mentoring junior analysts and fostering a culture of continuous learning
  • Collaborating with stakeholders on AESCSF maturity assessments
