Primary Responsibilities: Perform operational/maintenance activities on Infrastructure Security Appliances not limited to only Panorama and Palo Alto firewalls Managing HA & upgrades on PALO ALTO devices Engineer would be working on daily Deployment/Changes Managing Break/Fix Incidents & High Priority WAR Rooms Monitoring & Operational support for Network ISP Switches & Network Engineer will be coordinating with clients through our various internal mechanisms and guiding them for an appropriate solution Design and run planned Security Changes & RMA to maintain business continuity Maintain detailed technical documentation (e.g. standards, process, Method of Procedures, Run Books) Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Any course - Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering (preferred) Graduate of 4-year course 7+ years of experience on Networks Security/Infrastructure Excellent conceptual & hands-on Experience in Network Security and Cloud Platforms such as Palo Alto & Proxy Excellent hands-on experience on Firewall deployment in Datacenter environment Good understanding of monitoring tools like Nnmi, Splunk, Openview etc. Open for 24*7*365 Flexible shift At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
