• Analyze business and user requirements and recommend IT solutions.
• Evaluate current IT systems and identify areas for improvement or upgrade.
• Support implementation and integration of new applications and technologies.
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Create technical documentation, user manuals, and reports.
• Provide end-user training and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure IT systems comply with data protection, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in audits, testing, and disaster recovery planning.
• Minimum 5 years experience in IT Analyst or related roles.
