  • Role Description The Senior Information Technology Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for leading Pakt’s core IT infrastructure, systems reliability, security, and internal technology operations. This role oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud environments, networks, and enterprise tools that support the AI hiring platform and internal teams. Day-to-day activities include managing IT roadmaps, monitoring system performance and availability, coordinating incident response, and ensuring robust backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans. The Senior Information Technology Manager will define and enforce security policies, oversee identity and access management, and partner with engineering, product, and data teams to support scalable and compliant architectures. This role also includes managing vendor relationships, optimizing IT budgets, guiding tool selection, and mentoring a distributed IT team to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient technology services across the company.
