Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC, a growing Lumber and Building Materials Company, is seeking a Full-Time SR. Information Technology Specialist at the Corporate office.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 2-5 years of IT experience or related education
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 7, 8, and 10, Microsoft Active Directory, and PC hardware

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

• Strong customer service, analysis and problem resolution skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – Must be a team player
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
• Clear driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to travel to business locations in the state of Florida and internationally

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connectivity, printer and application issues reported to the helpdesk; escalate requests to the appropriate team member, as needed
• Provision new hardware and upgrades including Windows workstations and iOS devices
• Create and maintain documentation for issue resolution
• Perform routine workstation monitoring and maintenance
• Engage in lifecycle management of desktops and mobile devices
• Monitor security alerts and remediate events as needed
• Complete special projects as requested
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers at all times
• All other duties as assigned
