XP Investments US, LLC seeks Mid-Level Infrastructure Engineer in Miami, FL, to maintain and enhance the organization’s IT infrastructure, focusing on networking, server management, firewalls, and service desk support. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: utilizing experience in infrastructure support, including networking, server management, and firewall configuration; Performing service desk operations and customer support methodologies; Troubleshooting complex technical issues including diagnosing network latency problems and resolving server downtime incidents; Liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project execution; Working with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure foundation, and Cisco; Working with virtualization technologies including VMware and Hyper-V, cloud services including AWS and Azure, and scripting languages including PowerShell and Python, for automation and process improvement Proficiency in Portuguese required.
