POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Associate will play a crucial role in maintaining our 24/7 data centre operations. They will
be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services,
and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver uninterrupted data centre services.
• Participate actively in the delivery of our data centre upgrade programme.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies.
• Monitor and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with all security and operational policies.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous

improvement.

• Assist in the development of training programmes for new technologies and procedures

introduced during the upgrade.

• Prepare and present reports on shift activities, incidents, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data centre operations or a related field.
• Knowledge of data centre infrastructure and upgrade processes.
• Ability to work occasionally flexibly in a 24/7 operational environment
• A degree or postgraduate degree in IT, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, VMware and related technologies are highly desirable.
