TITLE : Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Senior Associate)

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Associate will play a crucial role in maintaining our 24/7 data centre operations. They will
be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services,
and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver uninterrupted data centre services.
- Participate actively in the delivery of our data centre upgrade programme.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies.
- Monitor and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with all security and operational policies.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous
improvement.
- Assist in the development of training programmes for new technologies and procedures
introduced during the upgrade.
- Prepare and present reports on shift activities, incidents, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data centre operations or a related field.
- Knowledge of data centre infrastructure and upgrade processes.
- Ability to work occasionally flexibly in a 24/7 operational environment
- A degree or postgraduate degree in IT, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, VMware and related technologies are highly desirable.
