Senior Infrastructure Engineer – Cayman Islands

An established technology services provider in the Cayman Islands is seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join its growing team, supporting a diverse range of organizations across the islands.

This is a broad, hands-on role combining Microsoft cloud technologies with HPE server infrastructure and virtualization. You’ll work across client projects and implementations, escalated support and technical consulting, while also providing guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers.

Based in George Town, you’ll work onsite and at client locations alongside an experienced international team in a collaborative, customer-focused MSP environment.

We’re looking for:

• Experience with HPE server infrastructure
• HPE ATP certification, or the ability to obtain it within a reasonable timeframe
• Experience with hypervisors such as VMware, Nutanix or HPE VME
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and ideally Azure, together with at least one relevant Microsoft certification
• Previous experience within an MSP or IT consulting environment
• Strong troubleshooting, client-facing and project delivery skills

What’s offered:

Overall earnings potential of approximately £60,000–£75,000+ at current exchange rates, with no income tax deductions. This includes vehicle and fuel allowances, with additional earnings potential through on-call and overtime.

The package also includes employer-sponsored health insurance, pension, relocation assistance and work permit sponsorship.
