• Administer and support cloud IT Infrastructure.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve issues pertaining to supported technologies and related services within SLA.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders and technical teams. Effectively communicate technical changes and enhancements that may impact the Infrastructure.
• Participate in planning and implementation of changes to Cloud (AWS) Network Infrastructure and related on-premise infra.
