What you’ll do  * Manage and maintain enterprise infrastructure environments * Deploy and support platforms, systems and hardware * Ensure high availability across 24/7 services * Monitor performance and resolve incidents proactively * Support major incidents and after-hours events * Drive continuous improvement and automation * Partner with stakeholders on security and compliance * Contribute to infrastructure projects and delivery What you’ll bring  * Strong experience across enterprise infrastructure (Windows and/or Linux) * Background supporting complex, business-critical environments (24/7) * Experience with core platforms (e.g. AD, M365/Entra, virtualisation) * Exposure to automation / DevOps tools (PowerShell, Python, Ansible and Agentic AI) * Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving capability * Understanding of ITIL / service management practices * Strong communication, prioritisation and stakeholder skills What you’ll get Not only will you receive an awesome candidate experience from our caring Talent team, but you’ll get a genuine feel for who we are and what it’s like to be part of our team.
