Extensive knowledge in networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP) security protocols (HTTPS, SSL, TLS and SFTP) with experience in using network monitoring and managing tools and alerts. Hands-on troubleshooting experience in Enterprise LAN/WAN/Wireless/Security issues, Management of data center. Depth knowledge of Networks switching protocols STP, Stacking, VSS, VTP, HSRP, TCP flags, and Dynamic routing protocols like OSPF, EIGRP and BGP Good working knowledge on technologies like Cisco SD WAN, Meraki Depth knowledge DNS concepts, VPN tunnels, VLAN, IP Networking, Load balancer (Citrix), Firewalls (Virtual / Physical) Deep expertise on leading proxy solutions like Zscaler and other related NW services like Firewalls, Routers, packet captures, GRE tunnels, VPN Good working knowledge on DNS cloud services, web filtering and url policy management and WAF. Understanding with extensive hands-on experience on various Proxy Layer7 technologies for e.g Zscaler, To manage Azure, GCP and AWS infrastructure, and work closely with the development team to enhance and optimize our infrastructure services and infrastructure as a code.
