Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partner to Global Asset Leads: Act as a trusted advisor, providing structured insights and strategic recommendations to shape global launch and commercial strategies.
  • Project Lead for Launch Excellence Initiatives: Design and implement global frameworks, ensuring launch readiness and commercial success.
  • Data Champion & Advisor to Senior Leadership: Leverage analytics to support decision-making for executives on launch strategy, competitive positioning, and commercial optimization.
  • Competitor & Market Intelligence: Identify and monitor competitive dynamics, including biosimilars, unmet needs, and market opportunities to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Performance & KPI Tracking: Establish metrics to measure launch effectiveness, commercial impact, and competitive performance.
  • Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure continuous knowledge exchange and execution of strategic initiatives.
