Description
Build meaningful relationships with clients, listening actively to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Deliver sales pitches and product demonstrations tailored to each customer's interests and requirements. Qualify leads, gather relevant information, and document details in our CRM system. Negotiate sales terms and handle objections with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, product) to ensure seamless customer experience. Participate in promotional campaigns, conveying special offers and promotions. Strive to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call quotas and lead generation goals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and outcomes. Continuously develop your sales skills and product knowledge through training and team support. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience; coursework in sales, business, or marketing is a plus. 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or a related field. Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP) or similar sales certifications preferred. Strong skills in consultative selling, cold calling, negotiation, and lead qualification. Effective communication, results orientation, and learning agility. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and office productivity tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
