JOB DESCRIPTION

We are excited to offer you this new opportunity with Wipro Technologies, one of the biggest brands in the industry at this moment with a well-established history in various domains.
As part of this project, your role as a Senior Inside Sales Support Specialist will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client’s organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell product bundles at pre negotiated rates to pharmacies.
  • Train customers on our product portfolio to ensure our products are recommended and placed with patients.
  • Leverage marketing budgets to negotiate and close sales with pharmacies.
  • Developing existing / new accounts through outbound calls, & answering inbound calls, in accordance with country specific processes which are provided by Client in writing and in advance.
  • Documenting all sales interactions in Salesforce.
  • Participating in remote sales team meetings and interacting periodically with country-based colleagues to ensure collaboration and alignment.
  • Dedicated Outbound & Inbound sales phone call handling with Customer’ Clients– pharmacies.

Candidate’ profile:

  • Advanced level of English.
  • Advanced level of French.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to address customer concerns and find solutions.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals.
  • Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
