About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Insight Analyst who can turn complex data into clear business direction. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional leaders across areas such as Marketing, Revenue, and Customer Success, helping shape strategic decisions through data-driven insights and analytical storytelling. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, identifying opportunities, challenging assumptions, and bringing structure to ambiguous business questions. Responsibilities Own and lead analysis across one or more business domains (Marketing, Revenue, Retention), delivering structured analysis and clear recommendations to senior stakeholders and the Head of Data & Analytics Design, build and optimise dashboards and visualisations in BI tools that translate data into actionable insights for business decision-making Analyze data across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, churn, retention, expansion) to identify trends, patterns, risks and opportunities Define or refine KPI logic in partnership with stakeholders and Head of Data & Analytics; contribute to roadmap planning by surfacing high-impact opportunities Own and deliver ad-hoc analysis for high-priority business questions across functions Define and prioritise key analytical questions based on business impact; challenge assumptions and guide stakeholders towards data-informed decisions Identify high-impact analytical opportunities and support planning 6+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data analysis roles, ideally in a SaaS environment Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets; Python experience is a plus Strong experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI or similar) and proven ability to design dashboards that drive decisions Strong understanding of funnel analytics, customer lifecycle metrics, and revenue performance Experience building attribution and predictive analytical models Ability to structure problems and communicate findings clearly through visualisations and storytelling Proven track record of working with stakeholders to define and refine KPIs Experience with transformation tools (e.g. dbt) would be beneficial Focus on generating business impact through insights, not just producing reports Comfortable challenging stakeholders and navigating ambiguity Curious and business-oriented mindset with ability to influence decisions Strong communication skills with ability to explain insights clearly Detail-oriented with high standards for data accuracy Proactive, self-directed and problem-solving attitude Collaborative and team-oriented Interest in emerging technologies (e.g. AI, self-serve analytics) and their application in business Competitive salary Company-wide bonus scheme and a great Stock Option plan Amazing workplace, certified as Great Place to Work Hybrid Work From Home policy Office gym, nutritionist, and meal vouchers Individual training budget for professional development Private medical insurance plan Fun and collaborative start-up environment (with amazing offices!)
