At Ipsos Denmark we are looking for an experienced Senior Insight Consultant who can encourage colleagues, independently manage clients within the Qualitative market research domain, decode our Ipsos methodologies (incl. social listening) and deliver superior insights and intelligence to our clients.

  • are reliable, empathetic, inspiring, genuinely curious and an engaging communicator with a strong interest in advisory
  • have at least 4 years of experience in qualitative market research studies with the ability of explaining it to clients and leverage its outputs to shape conclusions and recommendations
  • have experience with social listening is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • are curious about design thinking and emerging themes and trends within qualitative research and human centred development
  • have strong stakeholder management skills and understanding of client environments, commercial issues, and industry structures
  • are fluent in written and spoken English (it would be an advantage, but not a requirement, if you also speak another language – please mention if so in the application)

Responsibilities:

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

As a Senior Insight Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing qualitative research projects, with a specific focus on social listening. You will be responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle, from design and methodology to data analysis, reporting, and client presentations. This position demands a strong understanding of qualitative research principles, coupled with a proactive and client-centric approach.

  • Lead the social listening agenda at Ipsos Denmark
  • Lead client communication, building strong relationships and providing strategic advisory services
  • Understand client needs and transform this into top class client proposals and projects
  • Lead fieldwork, analysis and communication of qualitative projects
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on consumer insights, helping clients succeed in their strategy and marketing decisions
  • Deliver clear-cut and engaging presentations for client stakeholders at all levels
  • Support internal collaboration and knowledge sharing to assure quality, client management and profitability
