- Influence the design of research briefs and analysis approach.

- Utilising insights and data to story-tell and drive action by our clients.

- A degree in any discipline.

- Client focussed and confident presenting deliverables to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Experience conducting analysis using Microsoft Excel or statistical analysis software such as Q, SPSS or others is highly valued.

- Excellent written communication skills.

- Banking/Financial Services experience is highly valued but not essential.

- Demonstrates a curious mindset by asking insightful questions and thinking proactively.
