Responsibilities

As a Senior Insolvency Administrator, you’ll play a key role in managing complex insolvency cases while providing guidance and support to less experienced team members.

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations, CVAs, and bankruptcies, from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines and insolvency legislation.
  • Conduct detailed investigations into financial affairs, asset realisations, and director conduct; prepare reports for creditors and regulators; and liaise with stakeholders such as creditors, debtors, solicitors, and financial institutions to progress cases effectively.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to junior and trainee team members, supporting their development and confidence in managing insolvency cases. Review their work to ensure quality and compliance, offering constructive feedback while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Actively contribute to communication within the team and across the wider Group.
  • Keep up to date with changes in insolvency legislation, regulations, and best practices, sharing knowledge with the wider team.
  • Support Partners and senior management in complex case matters and contribute to case strategy discussions.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Assist with business development initiatives by attending networking events and contributing to client proposals, helping to strengthen client relationships and promote firm growth.
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and systems to enhance efficiency and compliance, while actively participating in Group-wide initiatives to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
