Description
Intertek, Multinational Company Leader in ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection, Certification) is seeking a Senior Inspection Engineers for upcoming work related to EPC phases of multiple projects. Inspection Engineers act as a vital link between design intent and physical execution, ensuring that all materials, equipment, and construction activities comply with project specifications, international codes, and quality standards. The selected profiles will act across the EPC lifecycle - from developing engineering documentation, reviewing vendor documents during procurement to reviewing final site inspections during construction and commissioning. Responsabilities: Develop/review engineering documentation related to Inspection Department during EPC phase (e.g. Baseline Inspection documents, RBI requirements, etc.). Review Vendor documentation related to Inspection section of purchase orders (ITPs) and inspections results (FAT, SAT, Baseline reports). Supervise activities carried out by other service providers. Ensure compliance with international standards (e.g. API, ASME, ASTM), Project-specific procedures and local regulatory requirements. Liaise with Maintenance Departments, to ensure CMMS databases reflect contractual setup. Participate in RBI assessment studies, adding knowledge regarding suitable inspection techniques. Coordinate with other departments (Engineering, Commissioning, Fabrication, Maintenance), to ensure overall operational readiness of the projects. Ensure required activities are within budget and schedule Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Materials or equivalent). Proven experience as Inspector or Inspection Engineer during operational phases (brownfield experience). Minimum 5 years combined experience (EPC + Operational) for Inspection Engineers, minimum 10 years combined experience for Senior Inspection Engineers Minimum 2 (two) API core certifications (API 510 / API 570 / API 653). API 580 qualified or minimum 5 years proven experience in executing RBI Assessments. Nice to have: API 571, CSWIP/AWS certifications Strong technical background on international codes and standards, RBI methodology, damage mechanisms, materials, baseline inspections, in-service inspections. Knowledge of CMMS (SAP, Maximo, or equivalent). Knowledge of IDMS systems (Antea, Nexus, APM Meridium, or equivalent).
