Evolution Security is seeking a highly experienced Senior Install Engineer to join our team. This pivotal role will involve overseeing and executing the installation of advanced security systems at various client locations. You will lead installation projects, ensuring that systems are implemented correctly and to the highest industry standards. A key part of your role will be mentoring junior engineers and sharing best practices to enhance our team's overall performance. Responsibilities Lead the installation of integrated security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems. Conduct detailed site assessments and develop efficient installation plans. Manage installation teams and coordinate resources to meet project deadlines. Mentor and train junior engineers, providing guidance on technical and safety practices. Ensure all installations comply with industry regulations and internal standards. Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the installation process, addressing their concerns and providing updates. Document all installation processes and generate reports for internal use. Extensive experience in the installation of security systems, with a strong background in CCTV, access control, and alarm systems. Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams and projects. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members. Relevant technical certifications in security systems or related fields are highly desirable.
