Purpose

  • As Senior Installation Project Manager, you are responsible to deliver the Installation services for SBM projects as well as for external client projects. You ensure that the installation projects are delivered safely, with quality and within scope, budget and schedule constraints.

Responsibilities

  • You lead the planning, execution, and delivery of installation projects from handover to offshore completion
  • You develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage resource allocation to meet project objectives
  • You coordinate with installation engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure integration and alignment of project activities
  • You monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project targets are met
  • You ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and company policies
  • You manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • You prepare and present project status reports, including performance metrics, financial updates, and risk assessments to Senior Management
  • You foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle

Education

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field

Experience

  • 15 years experience in the energy industry executing projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
  • Understanding of installation projects
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP certification seen as a added value)
  • Strong leadership, collaborative approach with the ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
