Description The Senior Installer I is an experienced field leader responsible for executing complex sign installations safely, efficiently, and to Fravert’s quality standards. This role leads installation crews in the field, serves as the on-site representative of the company, and ensures projects are completed accurately, on schedule, and in alignment with scope. The Senior Installer I operates with minimal supervision and plays a key role in protecting job margins through strong field execution, communication, and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities • Lead sign installation projects from mobilization through final completion • Direct and supervise crew members on-site • Read and interpret shop drawings, site plans, and electrical schematics • Communicate proactively with Project Managers regarding site conditions, schedule impacts, and scope changes • Represent Fravert professionally with owners, general contractors, and job site personnel • Utilize company software (e.g., SignAgent and field reporting tools) for daily documentation, time tracking, and updates • Perform quality control inspections to ensure installations meet company standards • Identify and resolve installation challenges in the field to avoid delays and rework • Maintain strict adherence to all safety protocols and equipment standards Requirements Required Qualifications • 5–10 years of sign installation experience • Demonstrated field leadership and strong problem-solving ability • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Experience with cranes, rigging, lifts, scaffolding, and related equipment • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics • Working knowledge of basic electrical systems related to signage • Comfortable using tablets and field reporting software Preferred Qualifications • Crane operator certification • CDL • OSHA 10 certification

Responsibilities

The Senior Installer I leads sign installation projects from start to finish, directing and supervising the crew on-site while serving as the company's primary representative. This involves interpreting technical drawings, communicating proactively with Project Managers, and ensuring accurate, on-schedule completion aligned with the project scope.
