About the Opportunity We are looking for a (Senior) Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial markets, an established network within Dubai’s financial sector, and fluency in English, with proficiency in an additional language being a plus for engaging with stakeholders across the MEA region. What You’ll Be Doing Sales Growth & Market Expansion: Develop new sales strategies and channels across the UAE and the broader MEA region, generating leads and successfully driving the sales cycle to completion. End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Lead the full sales cycle—from research and lead generation to conversion and account management—ensuring sustainable client relationships and long-term success. Client Service & Issue Resolution: Handle time-sensitive client inquiries, including complex matters related to APIs, products, liquidity, and accounts, ensuring efficient and timely solutions. Stakeholder Coordination: Take ownership of organizing meetings, capturing key discussions, and ensuring effective follow-ups with stakeholders. What We Look For In You Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders in the UAE market. Multilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English, with an additional language preferred—Arabic or Hindi is a plus. Extensive Financial Network: Well-established connections within wealth management, private banking, and related sectors. Proven Sales Expertise: Experienced in driving sales, navigating local crypto regulations, and building long-term partnerships with traditional finance institutions.
