In this role, you will be a vital part of an Information Technology Team, collaborating to implement software improvements and enhancing training experiences. Your contributions will ensure that healthcare professionals are equipped with the necessary skills and tools to deliver exceptional patient care. With a focus on developing training plans and supporting system implementation, you will play a crucial role in optimizing user experience and operational efficiency. \n Accountabilities Analyze user requirements and develop training plans for EPIC and clinical applications. Communicate effectively with technical staff and end-users to ensure understanding. Prepare and present training materials and conduct classes on patient-care systems. Assist with software implementations and feature rollouts. Collaborate with IT teams on technical troubleshooting and integration. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent (5 years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's). Associate degree (3 years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's) preferred. Bachelor's or Master's degree is a plus. Certification in at least one EPIC application required. Working knowledge of healthcare systems and ability to analyze issues.
