CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree or higher in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Leadership experience in education or EdTech.
  • Experience applying AI technologies in an educational or professional setting.
  • Experience in designing and implementing AI systems for content creation, data analysis, or adaptive learning tasks.
  • Strong understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational approaches.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex educational and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Designing and perpetually improving an AI-driven learning ecosystem that significantly outperforms traditional education, demonstrated by substantial student achievement data.
  • Interacting directly with students through virtual platforms to gain insights into their learning experiences, challenges, and successes, using this feedback to continually refine the learning ecosystem.
  • Extracting actionable insights from learning platform data to create impactful academic interventions using AI/ML, learning science, and motivational best practices.
  • Promoting a culture of bold experimentation and data-driven decision-making to unlock significant growth in student achievement.
  • Collaborating with platform engineering, data science, and design teams to translate academic insights and student feedback into seamless product improvements.

WHAT YOU WILL NOT BE DOING

  • Simply wrapping traditional education in an AI facade. This role is about fundamentally reimagining learning from scratch, not replicating classroom instruction on screens.
  • Analyzing data in isolation. Regular engagement with K-12 students is expected, valuing their feedback as critical input from our valued customers.
