CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • A Master’s degree or higher in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Leadership experience in education or EdTech.
  • Experience with AI technologies in an educational or professional setting.
  • Experience in designing and implementing AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning.
  • Strong grasp of learning science principles and data-driven educational methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate complex educational and technical concepts to varied audiences.

  • Design and continuously enhance an AI-powered learning ecosystem that significantly outperforms traditional education, supported by clear improvements in student achievement data.
  • Interact directly with students through virtual platforms to understand their learning experiences, using these insights to refine the learning ecosystem.
  • Analyze learning platform data to uncover actionable insights and design impactful academic interventions using AI/ML, learning science, and motivational best practices.
  • Foster a culture of bold experimentation and data-driven decision-making, using data to drive significant improvements in student growth.
  • Collaborate with platform engineering, data science, and design teams to translate academic insights and student feedback into seamless product advancements.
