CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in a relevant field such as Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, or Instructional Design
• Proven leadership experience in education or EdTech sectors
• Demonstrated expertise in applying AI technologies within educational or professional environments
• Track record of designing and implementing AI systems for educational applications (e.g., content generation, data analysis, adaptive learning)
• Deep understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational methodologies
• Exceptional ability to articulate complex educational and technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Successful experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing intricate, high-stakes projects
