The Senior Instructional designer creates effective and engaging learning experiences for a variety of audiences. This job role works with business owners to gather L&D requirements, and translates complex concepts into scalable, flexible, understandable and engaging learning experiences to achieve measurable learning outcomes. This job uses instructional and design-thinking principles, technology and digital tools to curate, design and develop measurable and scalable experiences Key Responsibilities: Designs and develops complex learning experiences for the organization that align with learning objectives and target audience needs, including resources, learning objectives creation, learning pathways, employee experience roadmaps, and metrics and measurements. Deploys and implements learning and development design strategies, methodologies, tools, approaches, and processes for the organization's professional. Applies instructional design principles and methodologies to create engaging and interactive learning experiences and analyzes learning needs, identifies appropriate instructional strategies, and organizes content in a structured and logical manner. Designs and develops instructor-led (ILT) and virtual instructor-led (VILT) sessions, including facilitator guides, participant materials, and virtual delivery assets to ensure consistent, high‑quality learning experiences. Qualifications Minimum requirement of 9+ years of relevant work experience. Demonstrated experience within key pillars of learning and development. Proven project management experience, with the ability to lead complex initiatives within a global organization. Proven team player. Open to criticism and willing to mentor others. Good experience with authoring tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, and Vyond. Must haves Proven team player. Open to criticism and willing to mentor others.
