The role focuses on actively promoting and selling insurance products, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of insurance products, a proven sales track record, and the ability to independently manage and expand a portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities Actively promote and sell a wide range of insurance products, including general insurance, to prospective and existing clients. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage renewals, referrals, and long-term engagement. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue. Provide professional advice to clients, ensuring tailored solutions that meet their insurance needs. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulatory updates to maintain a competitive edge. Prepare accurate sales reports, track performance metrics, and share updates with management. Support the sales team by sharing best practices, mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to team success. Manage escalated client inquiries and deliver effective, timely solutions. Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred). Minimum 35 years of proven experience in insurance sales. Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry practices. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
