THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Integrated Campaigns Manager to drive marketing campaigns that raise brand awareness, create demand, and bring in new business.
Reporting to the Director of Integrated Campaigns, alongside two additional Integrated Campaign Managers, you’ll be a key player in shaping and delivering our campaign strategy. You’ll need to really understand our business, customers and their buying journey. Then, you’ll plan and run campaigns, from boosting our brand to driving demand, working closely with different teams to make sure everything runs smoothly and looks great. Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Translate high-level business goals into a comprehensive, full-funnel integrated campaign programme. You’ll specifically drive brand-building and top-of-funnel demand campaigns, driving execution across various internal teams to support brand awareness, lift, and global demand generation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Digital Marketing Team and our Media Planning agency to determine optimal channel, audience, and content mixes to achieve campaign goals. You’ll also collaborate with creative, product marketing, sales teams, external partners (agencies where relevant), and leadership to define objectives, craft compelling messaging, oversee creative development, and ensure cohesive campaign execution across all channels.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators to measure campaign success across all channels. You’ll work with Digital Marketing and Marketing Data teams to monitor campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and implement data-driven adjustments. Post-campaign analysis will be crucial to assess outcomes, extract learnings, and refine future campaigns. You’ll be responsible for reporting to leadership on the impact of campaigns on both marketing and business KPIs.
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging platforms, and technological advancements to infuse innovative tactics into our campaigns. You’ll actively introduce creative approaches and new tools to enhance audience engagement and campaign performance, contributing to our ambition to build a bold, unique brand in the B2B space.
  • Manage Budgets: Handle campaign budgets, making sure we stay on track.
