INTERWEAVE is looking for a Senior Integrated Designer, a design Thinker, to think and execute designs across platforms and channels. A Senior Integrated Designer serves as the bridge between high-level conceptual strategy and multi-dimensional execution. In this role, you are responsible for defining the visual language of a brand and ensuring its seamless translation across all touchpoints, with a specific emphasis on the synergy between static design and dynamic motion. You will lead the creative process from initial ideation and storyboarding through to high-fidelity production, utilizing a "motion-first" mindset to bring campaigns to life in a digital-heavy landscape. As a mid-level lead, you own the visual integrity of your projects, balancing the discipline of traditional art direction with the technical agility of modern motion design to deliver cohesive, high-impact brand experiences. You should be past the “learning the ropes” phase but still hungry to discover, learn and produce Ability to take a creative brief and develop a “big idea” before even opening Photoshop or After Effects Mastery of typography, color theory, layout and grid systems Expert-level knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator primarily, InDesign experience is nice to have) Understanding how to prepare files for various mediums, from social media to high-res print or OOH Feeling at home using AI tools (Canvas, Nano Banana etc) to speed up the mood-boarding and ideation process High proficiency in 2D animation, kinetic typography, transitions Understanding how to adapt static campaigns into engaging video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube pre-roll) Ability to sketch out a motion sequence to get client buy-in before the production stage A strong “internal clock” for timing and audio-visual synchronization Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro and a working understanding of 3D software (like Blender or Cinema 4D) is a massive plus Experience on set or directing photographers/videographers, to ensure the visual vision is executed correctly would be a nice addition An understanding of how design and motion affects user experience in digital products Ability to manage priorities and adapt in fast-paced environments A strong portfolio demonstrating thinking, craft, and versatility is essential Good communication and team collaboration skills Capability to present your work internally and handle constructive feedback without losing the vision Expectation of “owning” a project and taking responsibility for the entire process A great workspace in both Athens and London city center filled with passionate, creative, team oriented, hard working people An opportunity to grow Access to books and resources for professional and personal development Opportunities to attend conferences worldwide and internal and external trainings One-of-a-kind gear, chosen by you Outdoor activities, trips and experiences held by the company Global brands, inspiring and challenging projects that help you evolve Competitive Salary If we say that “We Drive Change”, that change had to happen first within our industry, and within our team, for impactful, authentic results.
