Description

As our Senior Integrated Marketing Campaign Manager at SoSafe, you will focus on driving high-impact, global integrated marketing campaigns that help our mission, raise awareness, and accelerate customer acquisition.
In this entrepreneurial integrated marketing role you’ll work closely with the Director of Integrated Marketing to lead the strategy, management, and successful execution of full-funnel campaigns together with a cross-functional team, including: product, sales, brand, field, and digital teams. Your mission will be to capture and nurture leads to support customer acquisition - a truly exciting challenge!

KEY SKILLS:

  • Campaign Management: Experience with handling end-to-end campaigns, from strategy through to implementation and analysis
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, paid advertising (PPC), SEO, and display ads
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong experience to use data and analytics to drive outcomes, track performance, and refine campaigns
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational and time-management, with the experience to take care of multiple campaigns and meet tight timelines
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration expertise to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Creativity: Aptitude to think outside the box and generate cutting- edge ideas for compelling campaigns

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management and integrated marketing strategies within B2B Saas
  • Fluent English (speaking/writing). Another European language is a big plus!
  • Creative, strategic and highly-organized with proven experience in handling multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns across multiple stakeholders
  • Proven experience in handling multi-channel marketing campaigns, ideally in a senior or leadership capacity with ability to move quickly, yet remain focused
  • Strong, detail-oriented writing skills with attention to spelling and grammar
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.
  • You’re excited about working in cybersecurity and behavioral science

Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy and Creative Storytelling:

  • Define integrated marketing campaign goals, content strategy, creative concept, and messaging frameworks to align with business objectives of building brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention
  • Work closely with stakeholders across product, sales, brand, field, and digital teams to define campaign objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs). This role also includes regular collaboration with our executive team.
  • Plan and manage the campaign lifecycle, from ideation and creative concept development to execution and post-campaign analysis

Planning & Campaign Management:

  • Drive the completion of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as email, social media, paid media (PPC), SEO, content marketing, and events
  • Oversee the creation of campaign assets, including copywriting, design, video production, and landing pages, ensuring they align with the brand’s messaging and tone
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the agreed-upon objectives
  • Craft and refine our campaign workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency and best practice alignment

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product, design, and digital teams to ensure campaigns align with product launches, promotions, or other business initiatives.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to ensure high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and maintains brand consistency.
  • Oversee relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, influencers, or media outlets, to help amplify campaign reach.

Campaign monitoring and optimisation:

  • Continuously monitor campaign performance through analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.) to track key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, engagement, and return on investment (ROI)
  • Work with teams to enhance campaigns in real-time based on performance data to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency
  • Identify opportunities for the teams to A/B testing, segmentation, and personalisation to improve campaign outcomes

Budget Management:

  • Take care of campaign budgets, ensuring proper allocation of resources across channels and campaigns
  • Track spending, assess ROI, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure campaigns stay within budget and achieve expected results

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Provide detailed reports to senior management on campaign performance, insights, and lessons learned
  • Use data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future marketing strategies
  • Present campaign results and recommendations for future campaigns, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
  • Mentor a team of marketing professionals (externals), ensuring they have the guidance and resources they need to implement campaigns effectively
