Description
As an individual contributor you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery of large-scale datacenter construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in datacenter design, procurement, and construction, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and to the satisfaction of clients. The role requires exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Planning - Develop and oversee continuous improvement of detailed project plans, including timelines, and resource requirements, for large-scale datacenter construction projects. - Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues. - Work with clients to understand their needs and ensure project outcomes meet their expectations. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Project Management - Proactively manage multiple project schedules simultaneously, ensuring that each project meets its objectives and is delivered on time. - Continuously improve planning processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness. - Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders. Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects Deep knowledge of Primavera P6, schedule health analysis tools, and risk schedule analysis. Extensive experience with CPM (Critical Path Method) scheduling methodology.
