Job Description The Senior Integration Architect will be a key member of the Global Architecture and Technology Team. The role is responsible for defining and driving the adoption of Agentic AI and AI-driven automation across the organization. This role combines enterprise-level architectural ownership with hands-on technical leadership and product/delivery owning, working on and supporting delivery teams in complex initiatives involving AI agents, APIs and event-driven architectures. The focus is on simplicity, sustainability, agility and innovation at scale. Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation Leadership Define and promote Agentic AI and AI-enabled integration architectures across the organization Lead the design of AI agent workflows, orchestration patterns and multi-agent systems Actively support delivery teams by: Leading AI-driven initiatives, intervening in complex technical challenges and contributing hands-on when required Drive the adoption of Microsoft Copilot Studio, including: Agent design and configuration, management and orchestration of agent flows and integration of agents with enterprise systems, APIs and events Design and deliver PoCs and solutions leveraging Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI and related tooling Identify opportunities where Agentic AI can enhance or replace traditional integration and automation approaches Act as a technical reference and mentor for AI-enabled solutions within the Global Architecture community Qualifications Hold a Degree, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, or equivalent experience Real proved experience in agentic projects, including designing disruptive platforms and defining governance and guidelines Proactive, innovative and result-driven mindset: able ande experienced leading initiatives, drive delivery, influence stakeholders, and generate, create, and implement ideas that add value across the organization Knowledge of API Management, and Event-Driven Architectures (EDA) Translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions Lead and define governance, standards, and guidelines for projects Fluent communicator in English Additional Information Why SGS?
