Job Overview: Mission Own the here-to-there buildout of integrations and automations across the MedBridge+IQ stack—delivering a HIPAA-compliant, highly automated operation that enforces the Adaptive Intelligence Layer (AIL) (confidence gating, do-no-harm) and clean, observable dataflows. Key Responsibilities: Integration fabric (Workato): Design, build, and maintain recipes that connect Alora EMR/EVV, Waystar RCM, HRS PatientConnect (RPM), TigerConnect, Zoom for Healthcare, DocuSign, HIPAA eFax, HubSpot Enterprise, EZOfficeInventory, Redox endpoints, and Google Workspace. Healthcare interfaces (Redox / FHIR/HL7): Implement inbound/outbound ADT/ORU/REF messages with hospitals/clinics; manage schemas, mappings, and replay strategies; maintain PHI-safe queues/retries and dead-letter policies. Event models & guardrails: Encode AIL rules (Auto ≥0.95; Review 0.80–0.94; Escalate
