Description

As a Senior Integration Developer, you will: Lead development and integration using MarkLogic NoSQL multi-model databases, including data modeling and data integration activities. Build solutions using XQuery, XML, XSLT, XSS, and JavaScript, along with backend components in Java and Node.js. Align application development efforts with business objectives and strategic IT needs. Collaborate with IT System Architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional IT teams to define requirements and technical guidelines. Conduct and lead workshops to translate business needs into actionable IT requirements. Propose, implement, and follow up on solutions for structural IT-related challenges. Drive the creation of the IT roadmap, including definition of epics and features in alignment with long-term goals. Utilize DevOps tools such as GitLab, JFrog, Terraform, and Helm for automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure management. What You Bring to the Table: 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on technical proficiency. Deep expertise in MarkLogic NoSQL, multi-model data design, and integration. Strong command over XQuery, XML, XSLT, XPath, FO, and JavaScript technologies. Experience in backend/services development using Java and Node.js. Practical knowledge of DevOps tools: GitLab, JFrog, Terraform scripts, and Helm charts. Excellent planning, coordination, and communication capabilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and deliver quality-driven solutions. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. You should possess the ability to: Lead workshops and convert business requirements into workable IT solutions. Identify technical risks early and work with architects to define best-practice guidelines. Drive solution execution end to end with ownership and accountability. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards. Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Contribute to short- and long-term roadmap planning and execution.
